Shortened class today – my one student for today has a cold and decided to not share it (thank you for that!). So, today will be a review day for me… I will continue reviewing some additional online training material from other self-defense instructors trying to expand my general knowlege base… Never stop learning…

First day back in the gym after 68 weeks of shutdowns… No students for our re-opening. However, 1 student in garage training (other than me!). The school will be closed Saturday, July 3 and Monday, July 5, 2021 in observance of Independence Day. See you on Thursday, July 8, 2021.

Well, not much of an update really… As of tomorrow, a few of the extra restrictions for our area are being lifted. These mainly affect restaurants and gatherings.
