Intellectual Property

Our Services, including training materials, curriculum, videos, graphics, images, and other content, are the exclusive property of Boyd’s Defensive Arts LLC.

You agree not to reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute our materials or content in any way without our prior written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify it only as needed to operate our Services and communicate with you regarding scheduling, participation, and customer support.

Payments and Purchases

If you purchase products, memberships, or programs, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

All fees are due as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

Upon termination:

• Your rights to use our Services will immediately cease.

• All curriculum assets, media, and training materials provided by us will remain the property of Boyd’s Defensive Arts LLC, and you will have no right to claim them as yours or use them in any way.

• You must immediately cease using any of our intellectual property, including trademarks, trade names, and copyrighted materials.

No Spamming

You agree not to use our Services to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or bulk messages.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to messaging.

SMS Messaging Terms

Consent for Calls and Text Messages
