75 minutes introducing to ground survival concepts… 2 simple escaping the guards 3 guillotine choke escapes (1 standing and 2 kneeling) Brush-trap with your feet Simple side choke escape Kicks and trips from the ground Good workout.

Four in class, including me… Worked on lots of punch defenses to warm up. Then on curriculum for each belt.
