Haven’t posted in a while, but classes continue!
Today, we started with arm bar “what ifs” … that is, transitioning to something else if it is not going as you planned… then, split into groups of 2 to work on curriculum.
In the last few minutes, I worked with the ladies on kidnapping-type scenarios… specifically, we worked on the case of someone behind you, covering your mouth with their hand while their other hand is on your shoulder.

Reminder: There will not be a Combat Hapkido class today (Saturday, Feb 16, 2019) at Tabb Elementary, due to the Action Arts Academy USA LLC monthly TaeKwonDo testing. The normal class schedule is anticipated for the rest of February (18, 21, 23, 25, 28), 2019.
