We worked on distraction vs destruction… Targeting, follow through, and going molasses-slow… One student commented it is easier to see what is happening when we go super slow… My response? … “Exactly! .. speed will come… learn how to move first.”

Reminder: There will not be a Combat Hapkido class today (Saturday, Feb 16, 2019) at Tabb Elementary, due to the Action Arts Academy USA LLC monthly TaeKwonDo testing. The normal class schedule is anticipated for the rest of February (18, 21, 23, 25, 28), 2019.
