Warm up was same side and cross side brush trap drills.
The middle 1/3 of the class was talking the 1st four same side break aways and the 1st same side take down and examining from (1) both people standing, (2) both people seated across a table, and (3) one person sitting and the other standing.
The last 1/3 of the class was working on curriculum take downs for respective belts.
Note: The 30th anniversary ICHF event has been scheduled for Saturday, October 22, 2022 in Chattanooga, TN. If you are interested in attending (I certainly will go!), let me know and I can get you the information about the event… Remember: You don’t have to be a black belt to go! … Hint, hint, clue, clue… There will be seminars on Saturday, along with celebrities, book signings, etc.. the banquet and awards ceremony will be Saturday night.
