One student at Tabb today – this was only their third class and they’ve come a long way already… I continued working on introductory fundamentals with them… We worked on distances, evasion, 3 kicks, and 3 closed hand strikes.
Then they were introduced to “try to not getting grabbed or hit” in the first place… using brush/trap while moving to a better tactical position…
Finally, I had them combined what they’ve learned… brush/trap/move plus follow up strikes and/or kicks…
So, all of this was done to reinforce the fundamental, and to look at how these “single” techniques can be combined…
